Should there be any discrepancies between this courtesy copy and the official version, the official version will govern. The public comment period for the rule proposal, upon which this adoption is based, ended on February 16, 2007. The Department reviewed and considered the comments as part of the regulation promulgation process, before adopting these regulations. The Department will continue to work with the Truck Task Force to ensure that the regulations create a unified truck transportation network and balance federal constitutional mandates with New Jersey's safety, law enforcement and commerce interests.
