• What is the cost of shipping my vehicle?

The prices charged for shipping the vehicle is based on the type and size of the vehicle. Even the auto transport charges will be on the basis of where the car is to be delivered. The prices will be competitive and flexible to the clients.

• What kind of payments accepted?

Geniemove auto transport accepts payments by way of cashier’s cheques, personal cheques, money orders and other major credit cards. In case of C.O.D order, the payment should be made based on cashier cheque or cash during the time of delivery.

• How many days in advance, should I place the shipping order?

Generally, customers are required to submit the shipping order two weeks prior to cross country auto relocation and incase of overseas shipment, it should be made before three to four weeks. Incase of urgent requirement, we make vehicle transport on priority basis.

• What time will be taken to ship my vehicle?

The duration for transiting the vehicle across the country will be based on the pick up and delivery distance and also other vehicles shipped along with customer vehicle. These are factors which determines the duration of vehicle shipping inclusive of weather condition, traffic and distance.

• Did other things can be packed inside vehicle?

Here, in our vehicle shipping company we do not transport any personal luggage inside the vehicle, but some cases it is acceptable.

• What time it takes to pick my vehicles for transport after I made shipping order?

We pick up your vehicle for transport within two or three days from the date you made shipping order. As per client request, special pickup accommodation is also provided to transport your vehicle.

• Is my vehicle trucked on?

Generally, we make car shipping based on open or enclosed vehicle transport. Both open and enclosed car shipping are provided in safest mode and the prices differ according to the kind of truck preferred.
